Alchemy is a 188-unit multifamily project in Salt Lake City, now in concept development.
It borrows from Japanese urban architecture: tone, material and mood, not costume. Matte surfaces, warm light, and shared spaces built for hanging out, not just passing through. Fitness and wellness are baked in.
