Republic Phase 1 is a ground-up multifamily development in downtown Salt Lake City. MVA led interior design and FF&E for all public-facing spaces, including the lobby, leasing office, and resident amenity zones.
Our approach emphasized handcrafted shapes, tactile materials, and tonal contrast—balancing approachability with a refined and relaxed urban edge. We also developed custom furniture and sourced exciting showpieces globally to deliver a cohesive, brand-forward living experience rooted in both function and feel.

From the leasing office to the resident lounge, we crafted each space with intention—balancing textures, lighting, and flow to ensure comfort, clarity, and a sense of belonging. Our work extended beyond finishes, with custom furnishings and curated materials sourced globally to deliver a cohesive, lasting impression for both future residents and visiting guests.
