Etta Place is a multifamily project in Heber, Utah, now in design.
It takes its name and its nerve from Etta Place, the outlaw who rode with the Wild Bunch. The West she knew was independent, rugged and a little lonely. We're pulling that spirit into the language of today: dark wood, hard edges, warm light and rooms with some swagger.
